In order to attain spiritual life we have to cultivate and sustain our need for it. Life is a miracle, but we take it for granted. We hold to our negativity because it feels familiar. Healing ourself depends on keeping the heart open. Headaches are mostly the result of tensions and can be treated by opening the heart. Opening the heart is the key to releasing the tensions in our mind.
In this practice it is advisable to meditate once a day; there is no need for more than that. In order to improve our life we must surrender and let go of lower elements in ourselves. When the third eye and the crown chakra open we feel pain, which is the result of the resistance in these areas. In order to get results in our spiritual practice we must have commitment. The things that are wrong in us are the things that make us work on ourselves. In times of profound change it is best to relax deeply and let it happen.
The chakra system resembles the muscles in the physical body. If we do not develop the chakras they will atrophy, like muscles ... The results of our inner work depend on the level of our commitment. Time is a gift that we are given in order to build a connection with the higher creative energy. On the other side of every human being exists spiritual enlightenment. When we develop our own self worth we are not bothered by other people.
