Spiritual energy is not positive or negative, it becomes positive or negative when it manifests in us. We work out our Karma by transforming the pain and suffering to an open heart. When we work deeply life brings us gifts that can manifest in our life. There is no point in listening to our opinions on life; it is much better to quiet the mind and to allow the higher energy to flow inside.
The world that we see outside is a mirror image of ourself. We should offer our gratitude to the higher creative energy. Opening the heart is the key to releasing the tensions in our mind. When we want to help sick people we should love them unconditionally. Fear is twofold: it warns us against danger, but it also creates a web around us that cripples us. When we open our heart we can be grateful to life and to the higher creative energy.
